Digital TV Africa is an initiative aimed at bringing clarity to Digital Television and emerging broadcasting policy and practice in Africa. Our three areas of interest are Consumers, Content and Coverage. Our principal consultant has been involved in the Digital TV migration process in East Africa through technical, regulatory and policy work as a technical lead for broadcasters and served within the East Africa Communications Organisation (EACO) Executive Committee.

- Invited Panelist at the EACO Forum between the Academia and Industry where he presented Emerging ICT skills for broadcast & digital media sector: A Practitioner’s Perspective, 20th June 2016, Kigali Conference & Exhibition Village, Kigali, Rwanda.
- Invited panelist at the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) Digital Broadcasting Switchover Forum (DBSF) Africa 2015 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Expected to make a presentation on “Challenges for Consumers: Lessons from Kenya”
